How does the Program Work?

  • The Program is planned over two years
  • Every individual in the Program participates in a number of rotations, which are tailored to match the skills, interests and qualifications of each graduate and to meet prevailing business needs
  • This means that graduates will obtain experience in a range of functional areas across the business including:
    • Sales
    • Marketing
    • Manufacturing
    • Engineering
    • Finance
    • Accounting
    • Human Resources
    • Supply Chain
    • Technical/Operations
  • We ensure that graduates have all the support they need to succeed in each rotation and the program as a whole
  • Each rotation is project based, with real outcomes and accountabilities
  • What training options are available on the Program?

In addition to learning on-the-job, graduates attend development sessions to enhance their business performance, for instance: presentation skills training, coaching window sessions, etc.
