Our graduate Management Trainee program is designed as a foundation from which to develop well-rounded professionals and business leaders, who will provide our business with talent for further future success.

How does the Program Work?

The Program is planned over two years

Every individual in the Program participates in a number of rotations, which are tailored to match the skills, interests and qualifications of each Management Trainee and to meet prevailing business needs

This means that Management Trainees will obtain experience in a range of functional areas across the business including:

Sales
Marketing
Manufacturing
Engineering
Finance
Accounting
Human Resources
Supply Chain
Technical/Operations

We ensure that Management Trainees have all the support they need to succeed in each rotation and the program as a whole

Each rotation is project based, with real outcomes and accountabilities

What training options are available on the Program?

In addition to learning on-the-job, Management Trainees attend development sessions to enhance their business performance, for instance: presentation skills training, coaching window sessions, etc.
