Egg Salad

Ingredients:

  • Boiled egg, chopped
  • Finely chopped celery
  • Finely chopped green onion
  • Mayonnaise
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce
  • Tip Top® Sunblest® White Sandwich Bread

Method:

  • Mix together egg, celery, green onion, and mayonnaise. Spread over bread and top with lettuce.
