Pesto Pizza

Ingredients:

  • Basil pesto
  • Mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Basil leaves to serve
  • Tip Top® English Muffins

Method:

  • Lightly toast muffins. Spread over pesto and top with cheese. Grill until cheese is melted. Top with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves.
