Protein Powerhouse
Ingredients:
- 1 small can of tuna, drained
- Mayonnaise
- Seed & nut mix (e.g. pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, pine nuts)
- Snow peas
- Grated carrot
- Sliced tomato
- Mixed lettuce leaves
- Tip Top® UP™ Soft & Smooth 25% Wholegrain Bread
Method:
- Mix together tuna, mayonnaise and seed mix. Spread over bread and top with snow peas, carrot, tomato and lettuce leaves.
