FOODBANK
Foodbank is the largest food relief organisation in Australia. Last year, they sourced over 86 million meals, which is then distributed to their network of 2,950 frontline charities and 2,890 school breakfast programs around Australia.
Unfortunately, this isn’t enough to meet the current demand from those seeking food relief. Their Foodbank Hunger Report 2021 revealed one in six adults haven’t had enough to eat and 1.2 million children have gone hungry in the last year.
To assist Foodbank in making sure everyone, no matter their situation has access to essentials, Tip Top donated more than 1.7 million loaves of bread in the last 12 months to help address the food shortage that many Australians face.
