Terms & Conditions
Promoter: George Weston Foods Limited (ABN 45 008 429 632) trading as Tip Top Bakeries, Level 2, Building A, 11 Talavera Road, North Ryde NSW 2113.
1. Eligibility
- Open to Australian residents aged 18+.
- Entrants must have a public Instagram and/or TikTok account and follow @tiptop.bakery.
- Employees of the Promoter and related agencies (and their immediate families) are not eligible.
- Entrants must not be directors, officers, or contractors of the Promoter or its related bodies corporate.
2. Competition Period
Runs 2 February 2026 (12:01 am AEDT) to 27 February 2026 (11:59 pm AEDT).
3. How to Enter
This is a game of skill. To enter, participants must:
- Upload a before & after lunchbox photo or video. This could be an Instagram Reel, Instagram Post, or TikTok video showing a creative “Empty Lunchbox Challenge” before-and-after moment.
- Use #TipTopEmptyLunchboxChallenge.
- Tag @tiptop.bakery.
- Include at least one item made with Tip Top The One.
- Ensure their account is public at the time of entry
- Entrants may submit multiple unique entries.
4. Game of Skill
This promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
The judging panel will consist of representatives appointed by the Promoter.
5. Entry Requirements
- Entries must be original and lawful.
- Entrants must obtain consent from anyone featured (including guardians for minors).
- The Promoter may invalidate entries that breach these requirements.
6. Judging Criteria
Entries will be judged on:
- Creativity and appeal of the lunchbox
- Use of Tip Top The One
- Clear inclusion of the before-and-after challenge
- How empty the lunchbox returns
Judging is final. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the outcome.
7. Prizes
Five (5) Winners in total.
Weekly Prizes
Four (4) weekly winners will each receive $250 Digital VISA Gift Card.
Weekly judging dates:
- 9 February 2026
- 16 February 2026
- 23 February 2026
- 2 March 2026
Grand Prize
One (1) overall winner will receive:
- $3,000 Digital VISA Gift Card, and
One year’s supply of Tip Top The One. ‘Years Supply’ refers to 2 x loaves per week (awarded as a $500 Woolworths or Coles gift card)
Final winner selected 4 March 2026.
Total prize pool: $4,500.
Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
8. Winner Notification & Announcement
- Winners will be contacted via direct message (DM) on the platform used to enter.
- Winners must respond within 5 days.
- If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond, the Promoter may award the prize to the next best valid entry.
- All winners will be announced on Tip Top’s Instagram account.
9. Use of Entries
Entrants grant the Promoter a royalty-free licence to use, edit and publish entries across social channels, websites and marketing materials. Entrants acknowledge that their entries may be edited, adapted, or modified for such use.
10. General Conditions
- This promotion is not associated with Meta or TikTok.
- The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues.
- Terms may be amended if required. Any amendments will be notified on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels.
11. Prize Conditions
- Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged.
- Prizes will be paid in voucher format via email.
- Gift card terms and expiry apply for the issuing retailer.
- The Promoter is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
12. Content Requirements
Entries must not:
- Include offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content
- Depict unsafe behaviour or unsafe food practices
- Infringe copyright or feature music/images the entrant does not own
- Feature minors without parental consent
- Breach platform community guidelines
The Promoter may remove or disqualify entries that breach these requirements.
13. Intellectual Property
By entering, entrants confirm that they created the content and own all rights.
Entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, or adapt their entry for marketing or promotional purposes.
Social handles may be credited where appropriate.
14. Privacy
Personal information will be collected and used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available here: https://www.tiptopbakeries.com.au/privacy-policy/, and only for administering the competition, contacting winners, and awarding prizes. Personal information will be retained for as long as required to administer the competition and as otherwise required by law.
15. Disqualification
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
- Provides false information; or
- Breaches platform rules or these Terms & Conditions.
16. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:
- Technical disruptions, platform outages, or lost entries
- Personal injury or loss arising from participation or prize use
Except for liability which cannot be excluded by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law), the Promoter’s total aggregate liability to any entrant (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) shall not exceed $100,000.
17. Social Media Disclaimer
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok.
18. Changes or Cancellation
If required, the Promoter may amend or cancel the competition due to unforeseen events, where permitted by law. Notice of any such changes will be provided on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels.
19. Acceptance
Entering the competition means you accept these Terms & Conditions.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia
