Pesto Pizza
Serves two.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 x Tip Top® English Muffins
- 2 tbsp. basil pesto
- 100g mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
- Basil leaves to serve
METHOD:
- Lightly toast muffins.
- Spread over pesto and top with cheese.
- Grill until cheese is melted.
- Top with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves.
