Avo & Egg Brekky Sandwich

Serves one.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 Tip Top® Wholemeal Thin
  • 1⁄4 Avocado
  • 1 Egg
  • Spoonful of Chilli Crisp (optional)
METHOD:
  1. Fry egg to your liking.
  2. Spread avocado onto your Thin.
  3. Place fried egg on top of your avocado.
  4. Place lid of Thin on top of the egg.
  5. Season with freshly cracked pepper, salt and chilli crisp (optional).
