Avo & Egg Brekky Sandwich
Serves one.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Tip Top® Wholemeal Thin
- 1⁄4 Avocado
- 1 Egg
- Spoonful of Chilli Crisp (optional)
METHOD:
- Fry egg to your liking.
- Spread avocado onto your Thin.
- Place fried egg on top of your avocado.
- Place lid of Thin on top of the egg.
- Season with freshly cracked pepper, salt and chilli crisp (optional).
