Crumbed Chicken Sandwich

Serves two

  • 4 slices of Tip Top® The One® White Sandwich
  • 1 crumbed chicken breast
  • 3 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2-4 butter lettuce leaves
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • Sweet chilli sauce for drizzling (optional)
  1. Pan fry crumbed chicken breast in olive oil over medium heat until cooked through.
  2. Remove from pan, place on and slice into strips
  3. Butter each slice of The One®
  4. Layer lettuce, cheese, tomato, and cooked chicken onto 2 slices of bread
  5. To finish the sandwich, drizzle each stack with chilli sauce and top with the remaining slices of bread.
