Gluten Free Chicken Salad Sandwich
Serves one.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 slices Tip Top® The One® Gluten Free
- 1 lettuce leaf, washed and cut
- ½ tomato thinly sliced
- ½ cup shredded cooked chicken breast
- ½ Lebanese cucumber thinly sliced
METHOD:
- Top one slice of Tip Top® The One® Gluten Free bread with the lettuce and tomato.
- Add chicken and cucumber, cover with another slice of bread.
- Cut in half and enjoy.
