Brekkie Burger
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Tip Top Grill House Super Soft Burger Buns
- 4 large rashers bacon
- 4 eggs
- 4 hash browns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp tomato relish or ketchup
- 4 small handfuls baby spinach
METHOD:
- Cook bacon: Heat a pan over medium heat and cook bacon until golden and crisp. Set aside.
- Cook hash browns: Cook hash browns according to packet instructions until crispy and heated through.
- Cook eggs: Fry eggs in a pan to your liking (sunny side up works well).
- Toast buns: Lightly toast the buns until warm.
- Assemble: Spread tomato relish or ketchup on the base bun. Add spinach, hash brown, cheese, egg, and bacon. Finish with the top bun and serve immediately.
