Brekkie Burger

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 Tip Top Grill House Super Soft Burger Buns
  • 4 large rashers bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 hash browns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp tomato relish or ketchup
  • 4 small handfuls baby spinach
METHOD:
  1. Cook bacon: Heat a pan over medium heat and cook bacon until golden and crisp. Set aside.
  2. Cook hash browns: Cook hash browns according to packet instructions until crispy and heated through.
  3. Cook eggs: Fry eggs in a pan to your liking (sunny side up works well).
  4. Toast buns: Lightly toast the buns until warm.
  5. Assemble: Spread tomato relish or ketchup on the base bun. Add spinach, hash brown, cheese, egg, and bacon. Finish with the top bun and serve immediately.
